TikToker Brother Fausto will remain in pretrial detention for sexual harassment

Juan Francisco Mirón Mata, 55, a content creator known in Tik Tok as “Fausto brother” will continue in prison while the proceedings against him for the crimes of sexual harassment and induction, promotion and favoring sexual or erotic acts in computer or electronic media to the detriment of a student continues.
