The singer remains firm on the idea of his retirement. Now he surprised with a new movement by selling all his songs, as well as the rights to his name and image.

Enrique Iglesias reached an agreement with the company Influence Media Partners and sold his entire music catalogue for more than $100 million.

This year the 48-year-old singer of Madrid made it clear that he ended his career as a performer with the album “Final” (2021).

“This is it… I won’t do any more albums,” he shared on social media at the time. However, he would not completely distance himself from music.

Now various Spanish media have confirmed the sale of their songs by a million-dollar figure.

According to the agent of Iglesias, Fernando Giaccardi, more money could have been taken out if they had proposed it to other places, but they did not do so because it was not that. “It was a matter of the relationship, how we could help each other position the music,” he said. In addition, he commented that the aim was to benefit both sides, always with the artist’s endorsement.

Enrique Iglesias’ discography is composed: “Enrique Iglesias,” “Living,” “Cosas del amor,” “Enrique,” “Escape,” “Perhaps,” “7,” “Insomniac,” “Euphoria,” “Sex and Love” and “Final.”
