Several fans of Argentine soccer club San Lorenzo de Almagro have protested against the club’s leadership after allegations of bribery surfaced involving club president Marcelo Moretti.

Footage released on April 21 by TV channel Telenueve Denuncia shows Moretti accepting tens of thousands of dollars from a mother seeking a spot for her son on a junior team.

The recordings include an audio conversation where the mother discusses a payment of $25,000, which Moretti acknowledges.

In video clips, the mother hands over part of the money while Moretti pockets it without counting. These revelations have stirred controversy and calls for accountability within the club.
