La medida congela los procesos relacionados con las muertes de manifestantes tras su llegada al poder en 2022 y con acusaciones de presunto enriquecimiento il\u00edcito durante su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una decisi\u00f3n que agita el escenario pol\u00edtico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n fue publicada este martes. Responde a un recurso presentado por el Ejecutivo contra el Ministerio P\u00fablico y el Poder Judicial. El fallo ordena detener las pesquisas hasta que Boluarte deje el cargo. Seg\u00fan los magistrados, la medida busca evitar un \u201cquiebre en la estabilidad institucional\u201d en medio de la crisis pol\u00edtica que atraviesa el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandato de Boluarte termina el 28 de julio de 2026. La presidenta tambi\u00e9n era investigada por supuestamente haber abandonado sus funciones tras someterse a una cirug\u00eda est\u00e9tica sin informar al Congreso. Ella niega todas las acusaciones y asegura que se trata de ataques pol\u00edticos para debilitar su gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mandataria, sin embargo, enfrenta una fuerte impopularidad. Las manifestaciones de 2022 y 2023 dejaron decenas de muertos. Ese hecho gener\u00f3 cuestionamientos internos y presi\u00f3n de organismos internacionales sobre el papel de las fuerzas de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta decisi\u00f3n, Boluarte gana un respiro legal en medio de un escenario convulsionado. El pa\u00eds ha tenido seis presidentes en apenas siete a\u00f1os. Cr\u00edticos advierten que el blindaje del Tribunal Constitucional puede aumentar la desconfianza ciudadana en las instituciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El futuro pol\u00edtico del Per\u00fa sigue abierto.
