Con esta decisi\u00f3n, el tribunal estableci\u00f3 que solo el Congreso tiene la competencia para investigar estas denuncias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta resoluci\u00f3n representa una victoria para <a href=\"https:\/\/latamreports.com\/es\/justicia-guatemalteca-ordena-la-captura-de-exjefes-colombianos-de-mision-anticorrupcion-de-la-onu\/\">Petro<\/a>, quien niega cualquier impropiedad financiera. El Consejo Electoral investigaba si la campa\u00f1a excedi\u00f3 el l\u00edmite legal de recaudaci\u00f3n en cerca de 1,2 millones de d\u00f3lares y si acept\u00f3 donaciones de sindicatos, algo prohibido por la ley colombiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo, encargado de supervisar el proceso electoral y fiscalizar el financiamiento, tambi\u00e9n tiene la potestad de imponer sanciones administrativas, como multas a miembros de la campa\u00f1a. Ahora, se orden\u00f3 que el caso sea remitido a la C\u00e1mara de Representantes para una posible investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de las tensiones entre Petro y el Congreso, no existe un precedente de destituci\u00f3n presidencial en Colombia, incluso en situaciones de gran presi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, como el esc\u00e1ndalo de financiaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita que involucr\u00f3 al expresidente Ernesto Samper en 1996.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recientemente, Petro critic\u00f3 duramente al Consejo Electoral, calificando la investigaci\u00f3n como pol\u00edticamente motivada. Esta disputa forma parte de una serie de enfrentamientos con el sistema judicial, que ya ha anulado decretos y nombramientos presidenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo planeaba investigar aportes de sindicatos de profesores y trabajadores petroleros, entre otros, se\u00f1alando varias transacciones financieras no declaradas por la campa\u00f1a. Paralelamente, la Fiscal\u00eda investiga al hijo del presidente, Nicol\u00e1s Petro, por supuestas fuentes criminales de financiamiento, incluyendo a un conocido narcotraficante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte, Gustavo Petro celebr\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cFelicitaciones a
