El Salvador will host the meeting of the Latin American and Caribbean Council for Civil Registry, Identity and Vital Statistics (Clarciev), said on Monday the president of the National Registry of Natural Persons (RNPN), Fernando Velasco.
The official explained that the council allows “the exchange of practices and knowledge on civil registration” while “protecting the importance of the right to identity and support among sister countries.”
The head of the RNPN attributed the election of El Salvador as the venue due “to the transformation of the RNPN, our good relations with the registration institutions of the region, the excellent business climate and the security that is lived.”
