O homem teve suas contas banc\u00e1rias invadidas e perdeu aproximadamente R$ 1,4 milh\u00e3o em agosto deste ano. A defesa alega que falhas na seguran\u00e7a dos bancos Santander e Inter permitiram o golpe, e busca a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o do valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fraude teve in\u00edcio com uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o de uma mulher que se passou por funcion\u00e1ria do Banco Santander, informando o idoso sobre uma suposta tentativa de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o de sua conta em um novo celular. A golpista solicitou que ele realizasse procedimentos de seguran\u00e7a, que, na verdade, resultaram em transfer\u00eancias Pix para contas controladas pelos estelionat\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medidas legais e investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em curso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A defesa do idoso, que mantinha R$ 1,2 milh\u00e3o no Santander e R$ 200 mil no Inter, afirma que todas as medidas judiciais est\u00e3o sendo tomadas para responsabilizar os envolvidos. Segundo a nota da defesa, o banco foi notificado da fraude, mas n\u00e3o bloqueou a conta a tempo, permitindo a transfer\u00eancia de valores elevados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p> &#8220;O banco viu valores vultuosos saindo da conta e s\u00f3 bloqueou a conta ap\u00f3s todo o montante ser transferido&#8221;, afirmou a defesa em nota.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A 2\u00aa Delegacia Especializada em Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Cibern\u00e9ticos est\u00e1 \u00e0 frente do caso, e as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem para identificar os envolvidos na fraude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bancos respondem ao golpe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Em resposta, o <a href=\"https:\/\/latamreports.com\/br\/operacao-policial-no-rio-fecha-avenida-brasil-e-deixa-mortos-e-feridos\/\">Banco Santander <\/a>comunicou ao cliente que n\u00e3o reembolsar\u00e1 o valor, alegando que as transa\u00e7\u00f5es foram feitas com as credenciais de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00f3prio cliente. O Banco Inter, por outro lado, informou \u00e0 defesa que restituir\u00e1 R$ 100.860,68 ao cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o golpe, o idoso relatou uma tentativa de invas\u00e3o de seu e-mail e a visita de uma assistente de investimentos do banco \u00e0 sua resid\u00eancia, acompanhada por policiais, ap\u00f3s receber uma chamada
