Complaints<\/strong> against the State security forces were filed in 17 departments of the country, with greater emphasis on Francisco Moraz\u00e1n with 67 complaints, Cort\u00e9s with 31, El Para\u00edso with 27, Valle with 27, Atl\u00e1ntida with 26 and Choluteca with 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Conadeh also responded to 12 complaints in Comayagua, 11 in Lempira, 10 in Santa Barbara, 9 in Yoro, 9 in Cop\u00e1n, 9 in Olancho, 8 in Intibuc\u00e1, 3 in Islas de la Bahia, 3 in Gracias a Dios, 2 in La Paz and 2 in Columbus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Observatory for Human Rights of the Conadeh states that since the entry into force of the decree until September 2023, it dealt with 286 complaints from persons who reported being victims of human rights violations by the security forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some 164 complaints were filed against officers and officers of the National Preventive Police (PNP) and the Police Investigation Directorate (DPI). In addition, 87 complaints against members of the Police Directorate against Maras and Organized Crime (Dipampco) and 34 against the Military Public Order Police (PMOP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
