But what is expected for this week?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Monday, former police officer Mario Guillermo Mej\u00eda Vargas will take the stand again, to continue being questioned by the former president’s defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The former agent assured that he and Mauricio Hern\u00e1ndez Pineda allied themselves with drug trafficker V\u00edctor Hugo D\u00edaz Morales, alias “El Rojo”, who was a man very close to former deputy Juan Antonio “Tony” Hern\u00e1ndez, to whom they paid millionaire bribes allegedly to finance the presidential campaign of Juan Orlando Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl Rojo\u201d will follow the same pattern as Devis Leonel Rivera Maradiaga and Fabio Lobo, who told the jury that they paid bribes to Hern\u00e1ndez for his presidential campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
