The Governing Council appointed Wagner Quesada C\u00e9spedes on Wednesday as executive president of the Costa Rican Institute of Pacific Ports (Incop).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quesada holds a degree in Political Science and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incop’s new chief executive has more than 30 years of experience in foreign trade logistics issues, such as consultant and public official.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development of his professional career has been in the direction of human, commercial and operational equipment in Costa Rica and in the Central American region, in logistics services companies, customs, international cargo transport, storage and final distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, he has extensive experience in the foreign trade logistics operation sector and, prior to his appointment, held the post of Director-General of the National Customs Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Wagner is a person with extensive experience in the logistics of foreign trade, we trust in his ability to strengthen the role of Incop as a port authority, in the port service of loading and unloading of goods,” said the president of the Republic, Rodrigo Chaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new president of the Incop will take office on Wednesday, January 17 when he will be sworn in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
