O motivo: baixa produtividade no home office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo ele, a justificativa n\u00e3o convenceu. \u201cJ\u00e1 trabalhei finais de semana, cheguei a ficar sete dias seguidos. Mesmo assim, alegaram falta de produtividade\u201d, contou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Nome fict\u00edcio, a pedido do entrevistado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monitoramento digital em debate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As demiss\u00f5es, estimadas em mais de mil pelo Sindicato dos Banc\u00e1rios de S\u00e3o Paulo, geraram pol\u00eamica. O Ita\u00fa afirma que parte dos funcion\u00e1rios trabalhava menos do que o registrado em suas plataformas internas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O banco diz usar m\u00e9tricas como uso de teclado, mouse, tempo em softwares corporativos, chamadas de v\u00eddeo e at\u00e9 participa\u00e7\u00e3o em cursos on-line. Mas Marcos afirma que nunca teve clareza sobre os crit\u00e9rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSab\u00edamos que havia monitoramento, mas n\u00e3o que verificavam cliques, alt tab, scroll. V\u00e1rias vezes almocei na frente do computador para n\u00e3o perder tempo\u201d, relatou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cortes em massa e cr\u00edticas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo relatos, os desligamentos foram feitos sem aviso pr\u00e9vio ou feedback. \u201cRodou um fac\u00e3o. Quem estava na frente foi cortado\u201d, disse Marcos. O sindicato classificou as medidas como \u201cexcessivas, desproporcionais e injustific\u00e1veis\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A entidade alerta ainda para os riscos do monitoramento digital. \u201cPr\u00e1ticas desse tipo podem gerar press\u00e3o excessiva, afetar a sa\u00fade mental e criar ambiente opressivo\u201d, afirmou em nota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Especialistas apontam falhas de transpar\u00eancia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o advogado Paulo Renato Fernandes da Silva, da FGV Direito Rio, a empresa tem o direito de fiscalizar. Por\u00e9m, ressalta que o contrato deveria detalhar como isso ser\u00e1 feito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c9 importante que os contratos expliquem o tipo de controle e que haja transpar\u00eancia com o trabalhador. Trata-se de um dever de boa f\u00e9\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele lembra que a lei permite demiss\u00f5es sem justificativa formal. Ainda assim, boas pr\u00e1ticas incluem comunica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via, di\u00e1logo e at\u00e9 programas de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o antes do desligamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que diz o banco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em nota, o Ita\u00fa confirmou as demiss\u00f5es. Alegou que foram resultado de uma \u201crevis\u00e3o criteriosa\u201d sobre condutas no trabalho remoto. Disse ainda que alguns padr\u00f5es detectados eram incompat\u00edveis com os princ\u00edpios de confian\u00e7a da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a empresa, o monitoramento tem respaldo em pol\u00edticas internas e termos assinados pelos colaboradores.
