Durante mais de duas horas, Cupertino monopolizou o interrogat\u00f3rio, contrariando at\u00e9 mesmo suas advogadas de defesa e fazendo refer\u00eancia a Jair Bolsonaro e Lula, dizendo que, assim como os ex-presidentes, &#8220;fala o que sente e pensa&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acusado de matar Rafael e os pais do jovem, Jo\u00e3o e Mirian, a tiros em 2019, por n\u00e3o aceitar o namoro da filha Isabela com o ator, Cupertino negou qualquer envolvimento no crime. Ele <a href=\"https:\/\/latamreports.com\/br\/grande-aumento-do-desmatamento-da-amazonia-no-governo-lula-gera-preocupacao\/\">alegou<\/a> que n\u00e3o estava armado no dia, apesar de ter porte legal de armas, e afirmou que as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es eram &#8220;inven\u00e7\u00f5es&#8221; de sua filha e ex-mulher, Vanessa Tibcherani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o julgamento, Isabela, que pediu para prestar depoimento sem a presen\u00e7a do pai, contou em detalhes como o relacionamento era marcado por controle, agress\u00f5es e amea\u00e7as.
