A taxa m\u00e9dia do ano ficou em 6,6%, conforme dados da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domic\u00edlios (PNAD) Cont\u00ednua, divulgada nesta sexta-feira (31).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00faltimo trimestre do ano, encerrado em dezembro, o percentual foi ainda menor, atingindo 6,2%. A popula\u00e7\u00e3o desocupada m\u00e9dia no ano foi de 7,4 milh\u00f5es de pessoas, uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 13,2% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com 2023, quando o n\u00famero era de 8,5 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O IBGE considera desocupadas as pessoas que n\u00e3o t\u00eam trabalho, mas est\u00e3o buscando uma oportunidade. J\u00e1 aqueles que n\u00e3o procuram emprego s\u00e3o classificados como parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cfora da for\u00e7a de trabalho\u201d, que tamb\u00e9m apresentou queda nos \u00faltimos anos, ap\u00f3s o impacto da pandemia de Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desemprego em baixa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Brasil tamb\u00e9m alcan\u00e7ou um novo recorde no n\u00famero de pessoas ocupadas em 2024. Em m\u00e9dia, 103,3 milh\u00f5es de brasileiros estavam empregados ao longo do ano, um crescimento de 2,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2023, quando o n\u00famero foi de 100,7 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esse grupo representa 58,6% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o com 14 anos ou mais, o maior percentual j\u00e1 registrado pelo IBGE. O recorde anterior havia sido em 2013, com 58,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os principais dados do mercado de trabalho em 2024 est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Empregados com carteira assinada:<\/strong> 38,7 milh\u00f5es (+2,7%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empregados sem carteira assinada:<\/strong> 14,2 milh\u00f5es (+6%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trabalhadores por conta pr\u00f3pria:<\/strong> 26 milh\u00f5es (+1,9%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trabalhadores dom\u00e9sticos:<\/strong> 6 milh\u00f5es (-1,5%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A taxa de informalidade ficou em 39%, ligeiramente abaixo dos 39,2% registrados em 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendimento cresce e subutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o diminui<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O rendimento m\u00e9dio dos <a href=\"https:\/\/latamreports.com\/br\/brasil-cria-169-milhao-de-empregos-formais-em-2024-registrando-alta-de-165\/\">trabalhadores<\/a> tamb\u00e9m subiu. Em 2024, a m\u00e9dia foi de R$ 3.225 por m\u00eas, um crescimento de 3,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2023. Desde 2012, o aumento acumulado foi de 10,1%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A taxa de subutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, que mede pessoas com potencial para trabalhar, mas sem ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o ou com carga hor\u00e1ria insuficiente, caiu para 16,2%, a menor desde 2014.
